Proposed structure: a standalone EcoHaul business. Company name availability, incorporation and trading details remain to be confirmed.
Do not use TAG’s company number, CIC status, experience or registrations as EcoHaul’s own. Named staff experience and partner resources may support the bid where the tender permits, with accurate attribution and binding availability.
A CIC can tender; it is not automatically less suitable. For the independent route, check the new entity’s financial eligibility early and establish whether guarantees, consortium arrangements or evidenced subcontracting are permitted.

Example — collection continuity: “We propose a collection plan agreed with each site, a named escalation lead and access to replacement capacity, subject to evidenced vehicle and partner agreements.”
Evidence needed: resource schedule, signed backup agreement, site access assessment, maintenance plan and mobilisation responsibilities.
Measure to agree: completed collections within the agreed window ÷ scheduled collections, reported monthly, with exceptions and corrective actions. Set the target only after checking capacity and the specification.
Use this pattern for each scored question. The formal response must follow the buyer’s word limits, templates and evidence rules; a website is supporting material only.

Read the full tender pack and establish whether the scope, timetable and eligibility fit the business.
Set up the legal entity, applicable registrations, transport capacity, destination and funded contingencies.
Build the resource and price models, operational plans, carbon method and measurable community commitments.
Map every requirement to a response and evidence reference. Complete an independent submission review.
